Any product that arrives damaged will be replaced, if necessary.
Send back your unopened product in its original packaging and in saleable condition (smoke/odor free).
Must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

We know that picking a sewing machine is a huge decision and a big investment. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your machine just isn’t the one for you, we’re happy to exchange it. Your full purchase price can be applied toward another machine. Refunds are not available for sewing machines, but we’ll help you find the perfect fit!
