Shipping policy

Order Processing 📦

• Orders are packaged and processed within 1-2 business days.  Weekends and holidays may extend that time.
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (except for digital only products).
• Double-check your shipping address.  If a prodct comes back as undeliverable, it can be reshipped at your expense.

PO Boxes📬

Keep in mind that some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes.  It may be better to use a physical location address instead of a P.O. Box.

Domestic Shipping 🚚

• Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of ground shipments
• Expedited Shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) is available.  Please call the store at (515) 963-8758 to place your order and receive a shipping quote.
• All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  

Ground shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your total purchase price.

In-Store Pickup 🏠

• Ready for pickup within 2 business days
• Available any time the store is open.  See our hours here.
• Bring your order confirmation email for faster processing.

International Shipping 🌍

Tracking Your Order 🔍

• Tracking info will be available 48 hours after shipping.
• If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipment, please email us with your name and order nuber at info@quilterscupboardiowa.com.
• If the tracking number shows as delivered on the carriers website, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
